FALL EQUINOX RESTORATIVE CLASS

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 22ND, 2025 - 5:45PM

Celebrate the Fall Equinox with a special Restorative yoga gathering designed to honor the balance of light and dark, movement and stillness. This turning point in the year invites us to pause and reflect, mirroring the quiet inward shift of the season. Restorative yoga supports this transition with long-held, prop-supported postures that encourage deep rest and nervous system release. As the earth begins to slow, this practice offers us the same opportunity to soften, let go, and realign with a more grounded, intentional rhythm.

Accompanied by ambient music and guided meditation, this class is a space to restore body and spirit while attuning to the quiet beauty of autumn’s arrival. After practice, we’ll share tea and delicious vegan treats. In honoring this moment of seasonal change, Restorative yoga becomes not just a practice of rest, but a way of listening to ourselves, to the season, and to what we’re ready to release.

There’s a quiet magic to the Fall Equinox—a brief, golden threshold where everything feels suspended in harmony. The air begins to shift, leaves whisper their first hints of color, and a certain stillness settles over the land. It’s a time when intuition sharpens, the veil between outer and inner life grows thin, and we’re invited to listen more closely to what’s unfolding within. In this fleeting balance between seasons, we’re reminded that change can be gentle, and that transition holds its own kind of beauty.
