SUMMER SOLSTICE YIN CLASS

FRIDAY, JUNE 2OTH, 2024 - 5:30PM

Yin yoga is a slow, introspective practice that encourages deep relaxation through long-held, passive postures. By working the body's connective tissues, Yin promotes flexibility, circulation, and a sense of calm, offering a quiet space to pause, breathe, and reconnect.

The Summer Solstice marks the year's longest day and is a celebration of warmth, vitality, and abundance. It honors the sun’s peak energy while embracing the balance between movement and stillness, light and shadow.

In this special Yin yoga class, we’ll settle into postures that invite spaciousness and ease, reflecting the solstice’s themes of expansion and renewal. Through stillness and breath, we’ll release tension, restore balance, and open to the possibilities this season brings.

After practice, we’ll gather for tea and homemade vegan treats, sharing conversation and connection. Join us to celebrate the sun’s radiance and the grounding power of Yin yoga.
