Shambhala Stretch is a new on-demand series built around simple, no-fuss movement. These short classes can be combined with your yoga practice or stand on their own. Our first class, Basics, covers the places most of us hold tension: hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and spine. Everything is easy to follow, gentle, and grounded in real-life bodies. It’s a calm, approachable way to move a little more freely.
