In this restorative practice, you’ll be guided through a series of deeply supported postures designed to quiet the nervous system and ease the body into a state of calm. Using props for comfort and stillness, each shape provides an opportunity to soften layers of tension and release the day’s momentum. This class invites you to slow your internal rhythm, settle your breath, and rest in a space where nothing needs to be fixed or done.
